Through both in-person and telemedicine care, we serve patients of all ages across North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Utah, and Alaska in hospitals, clinics, schools, and senior living facilities. As a Clinic LPN , you will play a key role in supporting our psychiatric providers, ensuring seamless patient care, and contributing to a positive healthcare experience for our patients. The Role: What to Expect Location: Based in our Anchorage, AK office. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM) . Collaborative Care: Work closely with psychiatrists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff to provide top-tier mental health services.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain licensure in all states where RPA provides services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced mental health setting.
• Passion for providing care to patients in rural and underserved areas.

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing care based on patient needs under the direction of psychiatrists and mid-level providers.
• Update and maintain accurate patient medication records.
• Serve as a key point of contact for patients, guardians, insurance companies, providers, and pharmacies.
• Assist with documentation, patient assessments, and general nursing duties.
• Ensure all records and communications adhere to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Follow the chain of command for addressing concerns or conflicts.
