About The Position
The Mercy Walmart Primary Care Clinic in Dexter, MO is seeking full-time LPNs and Medical Assistants to join our team. This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The LPN will be responsible for preparing patients for their visits, which includes completing the Advanced Standard room process, taking vital signs, reviewing patient history, and ensuring thorough medication reconciliation. The LPN will also assist with in-office testing, administer vaccines, and collaborate with the clinical care team to monitor and coordinate care plans. The Medical Assistant will assist the physician and office staff with clerical processing, patient preparation, scheduling, and performing patient care activities consistent with nursing standards. Both roles require a compassionate approach to patient care, aligning with the Mercy Philosophy of caring for the sick and suffering.
