Clinic LPN/CMA Neurology Clinic
About The Position
This role is the organizational and clinical backbone of a busy Neurology clinic, ensuring each patient’s visit is seamless, informed, and purposeful. You will provide hands-on patient care—rooming and assessing patients, assisting with procedures, administering medications, and utilizing specialized neurological equipment to evaluate brain, nerve, and muscle function. Beyond direct care, you will coordinate testing, referrals, authorizations, and prescription refills while maintaining precise documentation that supports high-quality outcomes. Acting as the central communication link, you will guide patients and families through complex care plans and collaborate closely with physicians, nursing colleagues, scheduling staff, and external partners. The pace can be demanding and detail-heavy, requiring strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to stay organized while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Current LPN license for State of Minnesota
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
