About The Position
Provide direct nursing services, emergency first aid, and assist in coordinating needed auxiliary services for independent residents.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse License
- Minimum of 3-5 years nursing experience in Ambulatory Care or similar setting.
- CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Lead emergency response team, providing critical care to medically unstable residents.
- Employ problem-solving skills and follow protocols for urgent care situations.
- Maintain detailed records, prepare incident reports, and communicate with families and medical professionals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive support and follow-up care.
- Manage inquiries from residents, families, and medical staff post-incident.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
- Prioritize customer service to foster a positive work environment and promote satisfaction among associates and residents.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
