ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assist in monitoring and organizing the daily activities of Cascades East clinical teams. Assist staff and providers with clinical and patient care duties as needed. Help identify and resolve workflow issues in real time. Conducts administrative tasks such as equipment procurement, facilities requests, move coordination, and special projects as needed. Collaborates with clinical and technical teams to oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and technologies, ensuring timely coordination of repairs, upgrades, or replacements. Manage supply inventory and resource utilization to support cost-effective operations, including ordering and tracking medical supplies. Obtain understanding of all positions and responsibilities to assist with onboarding of new hires and provide mentorship. Maintain high-level understanding of the EMR function to appropriately support/adjust workflows with CEFM leadership team. Assist CEFM leadership team in identifying trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities. Participate in clinical process improvements and optimization of clinic workflows. Stay abreast of federal and state regulations. Assist CEFM leadership and key stakeholders with development of systems, processes, and education to help ensure our compliance through corporate compliance program(s). Partner with CEFM leadership and key stakeholders (IS, Risk, Quality) to ensure compliance. Work collaboratively and proactively to improve the employee and patient experience. Show competence in relation to the organization’s defined mission, vision, values, and strategic plan. MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs other duties as assigned.
