About The Position

The Clinic Integration & Optimization Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the onboarding of new staff within the clinic, including physicians, clinical teammates, and medical office assistants (MOAs). This position is responsible for providing Go-Live support for new clinics and conducting optimization assessments to enhance operational efficiency through data analysis and workflow expertise, particularly utilizing the EPIC system.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or health care licensure required.
• If a Bachelor's degree: One (1) year of clinic or healthcare experience, preferably in Ambulatory and Epic.
• If an Associate's degree: Three (3) years of clinic or healthcare experience, preferably in Ambulatory and Epic.
• If health care licensure: Prior clinic and/or inpatient experience required.
• General clinical workflow knowledge and comfort working in Epic in various roles.

Nice To Haves

• Strong Microsoft skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Epic knowledge and ensure optimization through various Epic tools in the Ambulatory environment.
• Provide Epic, workflow, and training support during Go-Lives and onboarding of various roles.
• Assist with Epic workflow optimization assessments and identify recommendations for improvement.
• Demonstrate customer service qualities that instill confidence and build relationships.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
