The Temple a Paul Mitchell Partner School located in Frederick, Maryland is seeking a qualified Clinic Floor Leader to join our team. Clinic Leader Role: The Clinic Floor Role runs and maintains all clinic floor sales, operations, and communication with the Service Desk Leader, Sales Leader, and Clinic Floor Learning Leaders. This is a sales-focused position requiring a strong knowledge of all Paul Mitchell hair care products, Pro ToolsTM, and skin and nail products. The objective is to meet or exceed Take Home and service dollar goals by leading students and Clinic Floor Learning Leaders in the sales systems. He or she oversees that team members are managing their zones and inspects that no services guests are turned away for a service and that each receives the full service experience.

Requirements

• Successful previous experience in the Professional Beauty Salon or Educational Experience in the Beauty Industry.
• Self-motivated to set, meet, and exceed goals.
• Experience in positive and effective communication.
• Customer service resolution skills.
• Teamwork and product sales experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school, salon, or barber school.
• Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license.
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment.
• Solid work history with verifiable references.
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Honesty and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain all clinic floor sales and operations.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Desk Leader, Sales Leader, and Clinic Floor Learning Leaders.
• Lead students and Clinic Floor Learning Leaders in sales systems.
• Ensure team members manage their zones effectively.
• Inspect that no service guests are turned away and each receives the full service experience.
