Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in triage, IV therapy, and outpatient clinical settings
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work collaboratively with different departments
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice To Haves
- BLS and ACLS certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform triage assessments to determine patient acuity and prioritize care effectively
- Administer IV therapies, including injections, infusions, and fluid management, following established protocols
- Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation to ensure accurate and comprehensive records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients on treatment procedures, medication instructions, and health management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards
- Respond promptly to patient concerns and emergencies, providing compassionate and professional care
