About The Position
The Clinic Director at Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) is responsible for overseeing the overall operation, management, and clinical integrity of the outpatient clinic, including CBHI services. This role involves establishing policies and procedures, directing the activities of professional staff, and ensuring quality care is provided to clients. The Clinic Director will also be accountable for program development, staff management, and compliance with clinical standards.
