What You’ll Do As Clinic Director, you’ll combine hands-on IV care with team leadership and clinic operations.

Requirements

  • RN, LPN, Paramedic, EMT-I, or Advanced EMT (active license)
  • 2+ years of IV or vascular access experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management in healthcare
  • Strong IV insertion and monitoring
  • Excellent leadership and communication
  • Customer-focused patient care approach
  • EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to mentor and develop staff
  • Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (100 lbs assisted)
  • Ability to stand, bend, sit, and move for extended periods
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Start IVs and administer infusion therapies
  • Monitor clients throughout treatments
  • Document care accurately in EMR
  • Ensure all treatments meet state and professional standards
  • Lead, coach, and support clinical staff
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Monitor staff performance and set development goals
  • Resolve team conflicts professionally
  • Maintain a positive, high-performance clinic culture
