Requirements

Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
Desire to own/run clinic
5+ years of proven experience with track record of exceptional patient care
Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist
Must be committed to Team’s initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce

Responsibilities

Growing, developing and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic.
Providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes.
Provide input on clinic location and clinic layout.
Take control of Quality of Care in the clinic.
Taking a patient-centered approach so that each patient receives the care that is unique to their goals and objectives.
Hiring and managing the right staff.
Supporting the Marketing Reps and fellow clinics’ marketing initiatives.
Maintain relationships with the key physicians and referral sources to promote Team’s commitment to care and increase patient referrals.
Attend lunches and functions set up by Marketing.
Ensure that the clinic is a positive influence in the community.
Keep the clinic full of patients by overseeing scheduling and treatments that will enhance the patient’s experience.
Manage productivity.
Define and set clear, reasonable and measurable expectations.
Manage the clinic budget to make financial decisions that support the clinic’s overall financial health.
Be aware of clinic expenses, such as patient travel, office supplies and medical supplies.
Make sure that the clinic complies with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
Staying in touch with ever-changing healthcare laws and policies and ensuring the clinic is in compliance.
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability.
Give input on policies, procedures and strategy to ensure that all Team Rehabilitation clinics provide the highest quality of care.
Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.
Promote staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support
Continuously foster a collaborative work environment.
Enforcing policies to maintain a safe and positive working environment.
