About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and expand our ABA clinic in Germantown, MD. This role combines clinical leadership, operational management, and business development.The ideal candidate is both a strong clinician and a proactive leader who is excited to grow a clinic from 3 clients to 20+ clients, while maintaining high-quality care and team culture.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and managing clinical programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Interest in clinic growth and community outreach preferred
Experience in a clinic setting is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload with approximately 15 billable hours per week
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee ABA programming
Provide supervision and training to RBTs in accordance with BACB guidelines
Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and ethical standards are consistently met
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
Manage RBT staff including scheduling, attendance, and performance
Handle callouts, coverage, and staffing adjustments
Maintain efficient clinic flow and ensure consistent service delivery
Partner with administrative staff (if applicable) to support scheduling and authorizations
Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for families
Conduct parent training and maintain strong communication with caregivers
Ensure high levels of family satisfaction and retention
Assist with efforts to grow the clinic from 3 clients to 20+ clients
Assist to build and maintain relationships with: Pediatricians Referral partners Community organizations
Represent the clinic at ABA conferences and local events
Support intake processes and help convert referrals into active clients
