Requirements

• Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology
• 60% treatment time, 40% admin time
• Attend Manager meetings
• Lead weekly Lead meeting
• Attend weekly RD meeting
• Doc time based on treatment hours
• Effective and efficient problem solver, investigating further when needed
• Ability to start and foster relationships
• Good organizational skills
• Demonstrates appropriate behavioral management techniques
• Good communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal – to meet the needs of others
• Mutual respect for coworkers and clients
• Exhibits responsibility and professionalism at all times

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite Clinic Aide
• Training & Onboarding
• Communicate physical building needs, appearance and maintenance to COO
• Hiring and Staff oversight
• Manage Clinic finances
• Facilitate Effective Communication
• Monitor clinic stats
• Oversight of Leads by location
• Marketing
• Assess performance of onsite staff (admin, clinical, rehab aid)
• Compliance Oversight
• Team Building
• Perform 60% treatment time and 40% admin time
• Attend Manager meetings
• Lead weekly Lead meeting
• Attend weekly RD meeting
• Manage documentation time based on treatment hours
• Seek and offer mentorship opportunities
• Maintain up to date knowledge of clinic announcements
