AWH Clinic Director - Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director (PA-C or NP) to lead an upcoming Rancho Cucamonga, CA clinic. This role combines clinical leadership, direct patient care, and operational management — helping women feel their best through personalized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) , wellness medicine , and concierge primary care services. Requirements
- Active PA-C or NP license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (women’s health, hormone therapy, weight management, or primary care experience preferred)
- Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred)
- Proficiency in EMR systems , charting, and compliance documentation
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-focused care

Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of clinic operations — patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance.
- Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments.
- Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic results to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust HRT and related medications.
- Oversee wellness services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and medical weight management (including GLP-1 medications).
- Provide concierge medicine services such as pap smears, birth control management, blood pressure management, preventive screenings, lab work, and common illness management.
- Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and documentation in the EMR.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and develop your team — fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture focused on quality and care.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance patient outcomes, retention, and clinic growth through superior service and medical excellence.
