About The Position

The Physical Therapist Clinical Director at All-Star oversees patient care while also ensuring the effective management of clinic operations. The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinic staff, including physical therapists, PT Aides, and administrative personnel. They approve timecards and manage requests for vacation and other time off, ensuring staff compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and state/national standards. The Clinical Director leads team meetings to discuss patient plans of care (PLOC), implement changes, and ensure effective interventions. They provide mentorship and guidance to new graduates and less experienced therapists, monitor clinic performance, conduct peer reviews, and collaborate with regional directors for pay increases and professional development opportunities. The role ensures the clinic operates efficiently and remains patient-focused while meeting organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Terminal Licensed degree from accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
  • AHA BLS required
  • Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in applicable State of employment
  • Three plus years experience as a therapist; supervisory experience preferred
  • Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
  • Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, purchase equipment and supplies, oversee maintenance of the facility
  • Develop relationships with key physicians and market to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice
  • Build and maintain a positive team through servant leadership with the best interest of the patients and staff in mind
