About The Position

Our established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Clinic Director – Physical Therapist to oversee daily operations and lead a dedicated care team. This role blends leadership, mentorship, and direct patient care—without the administrative and financial pressures of private practice ownership. You will have the opportunity to guide a multidisciplinary team, ensure exceptional care standards, and drive practice growth while supported by a growth-focused healthcare organization committed to your professional development. Schedule Three Days/Week: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Two Days/Week: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM No weekends or on-call requirements Ideal Candidate You are a licensed Physical Therapist with a strong clinical background and a passion for leadership. Whether you have prior management experience or are ready for your first leadership role, you are driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional, patient-focused care. Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Arizona
  • 1–2 years of outpatient clinical experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Arizona PT License
  • 1–2 Years PT Experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy with a reduced patient caseload
  • Mentor and develop clinical and administrative team members
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including RVUs, outcomes, and documentation accuracy
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align goals and implement quality initiatives
  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards
