About The Position

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, document clinical outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional improvement. You’ll deliver evidence-based care while maintaining high clinical and documentation standards. Requirements

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Rhode Island
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems

  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
