About The Position

At H2 Health, we are searching for a dedicated and experienced Clinic Director – Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient clinic. This role requires a dynamic individual who is not only passionate about delivering high-quality physical therapy but also possesses strong leadership skills to manage a team of clinicians and ensure operational excellence.
As a Clinic Director, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and foster a positive environment for both patients and staff. You will play a crucial role in building relationships within the community, enhancing patient care, and driving clinic success.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in outpatient settings; prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic while maintaining a full caseload.
• Lead, mentor, and support the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and adhere to best practices.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase patient volume and community engagement.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with company policies.
