About The Position

Tender Touch Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our pediatric therapy services. Our mission is to provide high-quality physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services, advocating for each child and their family to enhance well-being and improve lifelong wellness. The Clinic Director will be responsible for managing the clinic's operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with treatment protocols while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Requirements

• Licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
• 60% treatment time, 40% admin time
• Attend Manager meetings
• Lead weekly Lead meeting
• Attend weekly RD meeting
• Document time based on treatment hours

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite Clinic Aide
• Training & Onboarding
• Communicate physical building needs, appearance, and maintenance to COO
• Hiring and Staff oversight
• Manage clinic finances
• Facilitate effective communication
• Monitor clinic statistics
• Oversee Leads by location
• Marketing
• Assess performance of onsite staff (admin, clinical, rehab aid)
• Compliance oversight
• Team building
