About The Position

We are an established ABA autism center seeking a strong, hands-on Clinic Director to restore structure, accountability, and operational consistency.

This role is for a leader who understand that quality care requires clear standards and follow-through.

Requirements

• 5+ years ABA leadship, clinic management, or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of ABA workflows, scheduling, and authorizations
• Experience managing attendance and productivity metrics
• In-person availabilty required

Nice To Haves

• BCBA preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day clinic operations
• Enforce attendance, punctuality, and in-clinic presence
• Ensure clients receive authorized therapy hours
• Manage schedules, staffing, and productivity
• Hold BCBA's RBTs, and admin staff accountable
• Partner with ownership on financial and operational performance
• Maintain compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
