POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: The Clinic Lead performs in a leadership role, cross-trains, and trains staff to support various roles within the department as needed. Assists clinic manager in optimizing clinic flow by delegating and directing the team members, including but not limited to Reception, Health Information Management, and Clinic Scheduling Associates. Provides support to clinic managers and medical providers by being responsible for clerical support, communicating with patients, insurance professionals, other medical facilities and all SRHC. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education High School Graduate or GED Additional coursework in the office/business field is preferred Minimum Experience One year office experience Medical office experience preferred Required Registration/License/Certification None
