About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collects, transports, routes, and delivers mail, medical supplies, records, and other authorized materials between St. Anthony clinics, departments, and affiliated healthcare locations. Distributes incoming materials to appropriate in-house departments upon return to the main facility. Ensures all transported items are handled securely and in accordance with confidentiality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and organizational driving policies. Fuels assigned vehicle as needed and reports maintenance concerns or mechanical issues promptly. Transports vehicle for routine maintenance, such as oil changes or scheduled service, as directed. Maintains accurate route schedules and delivery documentation as required. Communicates effectively with clinic and department staff regarding deliveries, delays, or special handling needs. Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor while representing St. Anthony at all locations. Practices and behaves in a professional, safe, and ethical manner at all times. Complies with corporate compliance policies, standards of conduct, and all applicable laws and regulations. Attends mandatory meetings, education, and training programs. Maintains confidentiality of patient, employee, and organizational information. Proof of insurance upon hire and annually for personal vehicles used for company business (recommended minimum of $100,000 for property damage and $300,000 for bodily injury) Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and responsibly. Ability to follow established routes, schedules, and instructions. Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive materials. Basic organizational and time-management skills.   Language Skills English Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, schedules, and written communications. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds, using proper body mechanics or assistance as appropriate. Ability to safely maneuver carts, bins, or wheeled containers. Visual acuity sufficient for safe driving, navigation, reading labels, and delivery documentation, including close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
