About The Position

HSHS Family Health is looking for a Clinic Coordinator to oversee activities and provides support within assigned area. This colleague will work closely with the director/manager to plan, implement and facilitate the work activity of the unit to accomplish goals and objectives. Assist the management team with colleague actions including, but not limited to, hiring, discipline and corrective action. Assist with the revenue and expense management within the department. Provide input to policy level direction regarding related standards. Position Specifics: Department: Family Health Core Function: Corporate Services Schedule: Full-Time Days, 40 Hrs/Wk. Facility: Shelbyville – Family Health Location: Shelbyville, IL

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 3 years related experience in healthcare, leadership, or clinical coordination is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
