About The Position
Join the GI team at 87th Ave as a full-time Clinic Assistant (non-clinical) and make a difference behind the scenes in patient care! This role is focused on clerical support to ensure smooth clinic operations. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting required

Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling appointments and assist with checkouts and recalls
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Process referrals, prescription authorizations, and insurance appeals
- Respond to third-party documentation requests
- Monitor and order non-pharmaceutical supplies
