About The Position

As a Clinic Assistant at MercyOne, the role involves participating in the provision of safe, quality patient care as delegated by a Registered Nurse or Physician, adhering to the standards and philosophies of Genesis Health Group. Key functions include greeting, directing, and facilitating patient care, as well as completing all clerical duties within the Clinic, such as scheduling and managing authorization records.
Requirements
- No experience required
Nice To Haves
- Certified Nursing Assistant Program with a minimum of 75 hours
- Basic Life Support
- Phlebotomy experience
Responsibilities
- Participate in the provision of safe, quality patient care as delegated by the Registered Nurse or Physician through support of the standards and philosophies of Genesis Health Group
- Greet, direct and facilitate patient care
- Complete all clerical functions within the Clinic including scheduling and authorization records
