About The Position

Work Schedule : Full-time, 40 Hours per week. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the clinic. This includes managing work loads, training and education, overseeing team performance, and interviewing potential hires. Address escalated patient concerns or issues. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 3 years of progressive leadership responsibilities with experience working in healthcare Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare, Business Administration, or other business-related field Preferred
  • Supervisory experience in Access Services, Registration, Patient Accounting, or Clinic Operations Preferred
