About The Position

Position Summary: The Progressive Care Unit registered nurse provides direct patient care, with a 1:3 ratio in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, to assigned patients in the Progressive Care Unit. The registered nurse is a supportive, compassionate, efficient, detail-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills and who collaboratively maintains plan of care for vulnerable patients.

All external Candidates must have Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Current California RN license.
Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
1 year nursing experience in Definitive Observation/Step Down/Progressive Care Setting.
