About The Position

The CLIN NURSE 2 Labor and Delivery position at UCI Health involves providing comprehensive care to labor patients before, during, and after delivery, as well as caring for newborns immediately after birth. The nurse will also manage outpatient cases presenting to Labor and Delivery, assist in circulating and recovering caesarean sections, and identify complications through fetal monitoring. Requirements

• Current California R.N. license.
• Minimum of 1 year recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain an appropriate work pace based on workload.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
