About The Position

Ensure participant safety at the climbing wall Open and close the climbing wall Check in and supervise climbers Teach belay courses and conduct belay tests Inspect and manage equipment inventory Set climbing routes (with approval from the Assistant Director) Maintain the climbing wall and facility Attend regular Outdoors staff meetings and all-staff training Perform other duties as assigned
