This role will supervise daily operations of the restaurant, be passionate about Food &Beverage and running a team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years restaurant management experience
  • Experienced leader leading a staff of multiple team members
  • Positive Attitude
  • Manager Serv Safe certificate and ABC certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to train staff members
  • Strong management skills
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Valid US Driver's License required
  • Available to work a flexible schedule which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to speak, and hear directions in a loud environment
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Create a team atmosphere and lead by example.
  • Support the General Manager of the restaurant.
  • Assist with hiring, retaining, and at times disciplining employees.
  • Supervise daily operations and employees.
  • Maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
  • Assist in creating schedules for the coming weeks.
  • Assist in all aspects of ordering.
  • End of the month inventory procedures
  • Communicate with fellow management and Food & Beverage Director effectively.
  • Hold responsibility of Profit and Lost, cost control and limit expense.
  • Train and develop teams to deliver the best experience for the guests.
  • Work well with other departments.
  • Oversee the Implementation of standards of Anakeesta, LLC.
  • Share recommendations and guest comments to the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director to reflect current customer profile.
  • Supervise the maintenance of service equipment to maintain a good show quality.
  • Oversee over guest experience.
  • Oversee food quality.
  • Understand the budgeting process.
  • Follow all local and state food regulations.
  • Make sure staff is complying with state ABC regulations.
  • Upkeep of overall restaurant appearance
  • Be able to work any position for overall restaurant success.
  • Handle employee situations professionally.
  • Attends all necessary F&B training classes
  • Other duties as assigned.
