About The Position

The Client Video Coordinator supports client-facing teams by capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that showcases Strictly FX productions. This role works closely with Senior Account Managers to create storytelling and brand-focused video assets used in client presentations, proposals, and sales efforts. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce content quickly in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in videography, video editing, or a related creative role
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Experience filming live events or fast-paced environments preferred
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with client-facing teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience in live events, entertainment, or production-based industries
• Basic motion graphics or title animation skills
• Experience managing or organizing creative assets

Responsibilities

• Capture video from live productions, events, and behind-the-scenes activity
• Edit raw footage into polished, brand-aligned video content
• Develop storytelling-focused video assets for client presentations, pitches, and proposals
• Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to support client and sales needs
• Deliver video content within tight timelines while maintaining quality standards
• Organize, label, and maintain video assets for easy access and reuse
• Work with the Art Team Lead to ensure creative consistency and brand alignment
• Support social media needs by creating and posting new content and repurposing production footage
