Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years sales experience with direct interaction with business customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
  • Experience effectively and efficiently researching and addressing account issues
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to navigate within a matrixed environment to identify appropriate resources
  • Financial Services experience in order to articulate TransUnion's value proposition
  • Previous experience with data and insights (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Client Executive in overall management of accounts to ensure client satisfaction
  • Consult with Industry Executives, product owners and other matrix partners for opportunity development
  • Responsible for updating various aspects of the sales opportunity in SalesForce
  • Responsible for product implementation work with client
  • Communicate with client users on a regular cadence to identify gaps in product usage or resolve issues
  • Responsible for revenue expansion through upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Responsible for gathering Voice of User feedback (competitive insight, use cases) and inform Client Executive as needed
  • Work closely with Sales Support team to ensure account information is up to date and execute on client requests and reporting
