As Client Treasury Solutions & Delivery Analyst, you will support the implementation of treasury management products and services for commercial clients with a focus on APIs, SFTP file exchanges, and online channels. You will interact with the client directly to deeply understand their business requirements to support implementation of their chosen treasury management products. You will support the client through the full end to end product delivery from initial engagement through implementation and ensure a clean handoff to BAU support post warranty Client Success: Support the client lifecycle from technical sales through implementation and warranty care, ensuring value delivery and process improvement. Discovery & Design: Assist in engaging clients to understand objectives and align business processes with chosen products, ensuring excellent client/product fit. Integration & Configuration: Support technical workstreams in conjunction with senior team members to configure secure SFTP exchanges (e.g., BAI2/CSV), stand up client environments, and collaborate with developers on information/transactional APIs, including authentication, payloads, and error handling. Testing: Support client test plans and data, coordinate UAT, triage defects, and obtain client signâoff GoâLive & Warranty: Execute cutovers, stabilize production, and serve as first contact for issues during the warranty period then orchestrate a documented handoff to BAU support. Project Orchestration: Support schedules and stakeholder communications for transparent project execution. Standards & Playbooks: Contribute to standardized templates (onboarding forms, runbooks, test plans), feedback loops, and delivery metrics Tooling & Reporting: Use Workfront and SharePoint (and Copilot where available) for project governance, time tracking, and executiveâready reporting on progress, capacity, and outcomes.
