About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers for client-to-client (C2C) assignments in the Prospect Heights area. This role involves short visits to multiple clients per shift, providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, and personal care.

Requirements

• 1+ year professional caregiving experience (within the last 2 years)
• Valid State ID or Driver’s License
• Smartphone for communication & documentation
• Clean background check
• Compassion, reliability, and a heart for service

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with ADLs (personal care, hygiene, mobility support)
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful interaction
• Follow care plans and communicate changes in client condition
• Maintain a professional, caring, and respectful approach with all clients
• Provide support in a “pop-in, pop-out” care style
