You will be responsible for accomplishing a variety of IT related tasks throughout the diverse Sweetwater enterprise. This work includes maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones and a variety of iOS/mobile devices. This is fast paced position that requires a candidate with amazing customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.   • Provide hardware and software support for MacOS and iOS devices
  • Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of technology such as printers, cameras, Raspberry Pi’s, Chrome-boxes, etc.
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic networking and telephony issues
  • Great customer-facing communications skills; in person, on the phone and via email.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
  • Strong personal computer troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • Passionate about electronics and consumer products
  • Basic understanding of IP networking and network troubleshooting skills
  • You are the kind of person who tries to improve whatever crosses your way
  • You are handy, are not afraid of building and changing things
  • Microsoft Windows Competency and experience with Active Directory (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
