About The Position
Isaiah House is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to fill the role of Client Support at our center in Louisville, KY. As a faith-based nonprofit organization, Isaiah House is recognized as one of the most effective substance use disorder treatment facilities in the state of Kentucky. This position is crucial in ensuring that clients' needs are met while adhering to the program guidelines designed to maintain a safe and structured environment. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for leading clients through their daily schedules, ensuring they are where they need to be, and maintaining communication with both clients and the Programs/Medical staff. This role is not only about following procedures but also about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders. In this position, the Client Support Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and well-being of clients by following company policies and procedures. This includes driving clients to and from appointments, managing the intake and discharge process, and ensuring that any client wishing to leave the facility is transported to a safe location. The specialist will also be responsible for keeping all paperwork and operational log books current, which is essential for maintaining compliance and ensuring smooth operations within the facility.
