The Client Support Specialist at Firebrand Services Group is responsible for managing inspections and repairs with vendor partners to ensure quality and timely completion of work. This role involves prioritizing work orders, following up with vendors, and responding to client inquiries, all while maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Prioritize, create and dispatch new work orders via work order management system
  • Daily follow up with vendors regarding work orders in progress to ensure on-time completion
  • Answer incoming calls from technicians and provide authorization for additional work
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Manage and recruit new and existing vendors to enhance and strengthen vendor network
  • Previous customer service/dispatching experience
  • High level initiative and strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and process high volumes of work with great accuracy
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Previous experience in a trade industry preferred (fire, electrical, plumbing or HVAC)
