Our Client Support team provides technical and logistical phone support for the lifecycle of our clients' projects. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Client Support role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both speaking and writing.
• Capability to remotely solve technical hardware and software problems.
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.

• Previous experience in a Client Support role.

Responsibilities

• Apply your understanding of OxBlue's equipment and technology knowledge to anticipate client needs and provide clients with functional capabilities and a service experience that exceed their expectations.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software, such as camera setup, user account setup, user tools, remote troubleshooting, and any other technical needs.
• Provide logistical support for order fulfillment and any other logistical needs.
• Participate in auditing and managing vendor accounts.
