Client Support Specialist. This person will share responsibility with the team for responding to queries from clients and providing general support with billing questions, coordinating with the provider support team, and helping to troubleshoot issues. We are looking for someone with a collaborative nature who is focused on clients and passionate about removing barriers to get clients the help they need. Must be able to work independently with a sense of urgency to manage day to day tasks.
