Medcor is looking to hire an OSHA Reportable Client Support Specialist to join our OSHA Support Team This is a remote position with onsite training at our corporate office in McHenry IL This is a full time position Tuesday Saturday 700am 400pm The compensation for this position is 1800 2000hour Heres the top three reasons why this job is different than any other youre looking for Medcor focuses on every advocates personal well being known as our Better Me Wellness program How many corporate jobs around here give you that Medcor believes and supports a fun and inviting atmosphere as part of our BetterMedcor program Advocates complement each other are happy at work and theres even time for play I know crazy concept huh But it worksSupport and an open door policy As part of the Medcor family we know life happens and it can be crazy at times We support you and work with you through all the challenging times We believe in a worklife balance We want good healthy advocates who can in turn advocate for others and make this place a whole lot betterThis positions primary responsibility is providing excellent customer service and support to our client partners in monitoring and reporting OSHA Reportable events as contracted The Triage Support team participates in all aspects of daily operations at the corporate office as they relate to monitoring and reporting OSHA reportable events for contracted clients by performing the duties listed below After training has been completed this position could be considered for a remote work setup A typical day in the life of an OSHA Reportable Client Support Specialist Daily use of Medcors EMR Medfiles as well as Medcors Client Data Portal Medcors OSHA Reportable App Phone operating system and Outlook Perform data entry as part of OSHA event processingEnsuring all updating is completed accurately and in a timely manner by using the Medcor OSHA Support Services email outlook Medfiles and through client contact phone callsInteract with clients to ensure proper documentation and processing of OSHA Event processing and Blood Bourne Pathogen exposure events in accordance with their established policy and protocolsHandle daily event notification emails in accordance with client specific processes within required timeframesAssist in assuring that any client medical records are properly maintained updated and archived as required by state and federal lawUse and access proficiently the client portal for basic client reportingAssist with tracking and reporting of workplace incidents per client needs and service agreementsIdentify breach in confidentiality reporting requirementsResponsible for projects and duties assigned and delegated by the supervisory staffMeet andor exceed assigned and documented Management by Objectives MBOs annually
