About The Position
At Curative Care, as a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to a population of clients of varying ages, some with complex medical needs, in an engaging, collaborative, and team-based environment. You will supervise and assist with daily needs, including documenting goals and behaviors, providing direct personal cares such as feeding, toileting, and giving medications, and helping with walking, exercise, and movement. You will also provide a variety of activities to keep clients engaged and active, escorting them on community-based outings, and performing other activities based on individual needs and abilities. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to infection control procedures is essential. Clear communication with individuals, families, caregivers, and co-workers is crucial to ensure quality care and support.
