About The Position

The Client Support Representative will empower growth in sales and operations while learning commercial roofing and construction. The ideal candidate is versatile, dependable, task-oriented, and provides excellent customer service while supporting HQ teams with time-sensitive responsibilities and a proactive, team-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Google Suite and related applications, with strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Skilled in clear, professional communication and confident in delivering presentations.
  • Able to quickly learn and articulate RoofingSource’s services through provided training.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales and Operations teams while learning about commercial roofing, and construction.
  • Update billable hours and service notes in third-party platforms like Service Channel and Corrigo.
  • Assist sales team with deliverables such as lists, reports, and other documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Review technician service reports and share action items, repair needs or contractor referrals.
  • Work on ad hoc projects under the direction of the Director of Sales.
  • Manage daily and various time-sensitive tasks with reliability and attention to detail.
