About The Position

The Customer Care position is under moderate supervision of the Customer Care Supervisor or other supervisory/management level position within the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing AmerisourceBergen customers with courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times. The position involves assisting with customer problems, coordinating with field sales associates, and ensuring smooth order processing.
