This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience working remotely is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Understand each client's business goals and needs, and provide strategic recommendations to help achieve them
  • Monitor and report on client's campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients
  • Collaborate with our team of digital marketing experts to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and activities in our CRM system
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and client experience
