Under the guidance and oversight of the Manager of Implementation and Client Services, the Client Support Liaison serves as a conduit between AnovoRx, prescriber offices, and the drug manufacturer representatives to ensure a higher success rate of prescription completions, and prescription issues are escalated as needed to all parties involved to support the patient. This role will be a subject matter expert for all accounts assigned.
