Requirements
- Strong communicators with the ability to build trust and rapport

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be physically located in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a life insurance license (training and guidance provided).
Responsibilities
- Engage with members to understand their needs and goals
- Recommend appropriate life and accidental benefit solutions
- Guide members through the application and enrollment process
- Provide ongoing support, including policy reviews and claims assistance
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Serve as a trusted point of contact with professionalism and care
