In this role, you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for upcoming vacations by organizing itinerary elements, coordinating reservations, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are clearly documented and easy to follow. Your primary focus will be maintaining organization, accuracy, and consistency while supporting clients throughout the planning process. As a Client Support Coordinator, you will assist with coordinating vacation arrangements that may include accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities. Many plans involve multiple reservations and timeline considerations, so attention to detail and the ability to manage planning workflows efficiently are essential. You will help ensure that reservations are confirmed correctly, itinerary components are aligned, and planning information is organized in a clear and structured format. Communication is an important part of this role.
