Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently
  • Confident presenting information in virtual meetings
  • Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and digital tools
  • Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Access to a Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam and reliable internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
  • Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
  • Provide responsive, client-focused service throughout the consultation process
  • Participate in mentorship sessions, development programs, and team training
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships while developing professional skills
