14069 - Client Support Analyst, Retail Energy (onsite) – Houston, TX Start Date: ASAP Type : Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Support post-deal client, broker, and sales inquiries across most deregulated energy markets
Resolve operational issues including enrollment rejections, billing inquiries, commission questions, early termination scenarios, tax exemptions, and regulatory complaints
Act as a primary post-deal liaison between Brokers, Sales, Operations, Billing, and Regulatory teams
Conduct operational research and analysis to identify root causes and recommend resolutions
Navigate and manage customer lifecycle activities following contract execution
Proactively engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
Provide regular status updates and escalations to leadership in accordance with SLAs

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Houston, TX (required)
Experience as Client Support Analyst (2+ years)
Experience supporting post-deal client and broker inquiries within deregulated energy markets
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Billing, and Regulatory teams to resolve post-contract issues

A High School Grad / GED
Experience with Financial Analysis
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
A Bachelor's Degree
