Requirements

  • 1+ year of call center experience (required)
  • Strong understanding of leadership, coaching, or supervisory techniques
  • Excellent judgment and analytical thinking skills
  • Advanced organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and client service tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan, assign, and prioritize daily tasks to keep the department running smoothly
  • Coach Client Success Specialists through difficult calls and guide escalated issues
  • Monitor team performance and service levels; recommend corrective actions as needed
  • Review client accounts and provide procedural guidance to help the team improve
  • Create, update, and maintain department documentation, process guides, and training materials
  • Handle incoming client requests professionally and conduct monthly follow-up calls
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of settlement, negotiation, and payment processes
  • Provide consultative, empathetic guidance to clients experiencing financial crisis
  • Ensure all team actions align with DebtBlue procedures and industry regulations
